Production time is 1 to 3 business days. Transit time depends on destination, as listed on the Shipping & Returns page. Total delivery time equals production time plus transit time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.
If a shipment is lost in transit before delivery, we will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund when loss is confirmed. Once a parcel is delivered to the address on the order, responsibility for any theft or damage after delivery rests with the recipient.
Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect a return.
Conditions for Returns and Claims:
