At Geekozi, every poster is made to order with care and precision. Our goal is to deliver premium anime wall art quickly and safely to customers worldwide. This page explains how shipping works, from order processing to delivery.
We ship to most countries around the world. Availability of delivery options may vary depending on the destination. If a location is temporarily unavailable, customers will be notified at checkout.
Each poster is made to order. Production takes 1 to 3 business days before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping is tracked. The carrier is selected automatically based on destination and service speed.

All other destinations we ship to (4 to 6 business days transit).
Total delivery time equals production time 1 to 3 business days + transit time above. Rare delays can occur because of customs or local carrier issues.
Once shipped, every order receives a tracking number. Customers can follow their shipment status through the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
All posters are packaged securely in protective materials designed to prevent bending, scratches, or moisture damage. Larger orders may arrive in separate parcels to ensure safe handling.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders cannot be rerouted once dispatched. If an error is noticed before dispatch, contact our support team immediately to request an update.
Some couriers may require a signature upon delivery. If the recipient is unavailable, the courier will make additional attempts or hold the parcel at a nearby collection point.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed parcel, it may be returned to us. In such cases, customers may be responsible for reshipping costs.
In some cases, items in a single order may ship separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking information provided.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. We recommend checking local regulations before ordering.
Because items are produced on demand, cancellations or edits are possible only before production begins. After production starts, we cannot cancel or edit the order.
Return window: returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Who pays return shipping:
• Change of mind: customer pays return shipping.
• Damaged or wrong item: Geekozi pays return shipping or we send a free replacement.
Refund method: refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Custom or personalized items are excluded unless defective.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item, outer packaging, and the shipping label. We will replace or refund at no cost.
If your shipment has not arrived 30 days after shipment, contact us and we will investigate. Confirmed losses are replaced or refunded.

Refunds are sent to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected, usually 5 to 10 business days. Store credit is available on request.
We do not offer exchanges since products are custom printed. To receive another design or size, a new order must be placed.
Small color variations may occur due to screen settings and print processes. Slight differences in size or cropping may also occur within acceptable production tolerances. These are not considered defects.
If a parcel is unclaimed or refused at delivery, it may be returned to us. Customers may be responsible for reshipping costs in such cases.
Once an order is marked delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Geekozi cannot cover theft, loss, or damage that occurs after delivery.
