At Geekozi, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may apply, what situations are covered, and how claims are handled. It works together with our Shipping & Returns and Terms and Conditions to give you a complete view of your rights and our responsibilities.
We stand behind the quality of every poster we create. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is confirmed lost in transit, you are protected by our 30 day money-back guarantee. This means you can request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery if the product does not meet the standard promised at checkout.
Our posters are made to order. You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Custom or personalized items are not returnable unless defective.
Claims for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include a valid order number and photos of the item, outer packaging, and shipping label.
Refund requests can only be made by the original purchaser. In the case of gifts, the recipient may also submit a claim if they can provide the order number and associated contact details. Purchases made through unauthorized resellers or third-party websites are not eligible for Geekozi refunds.

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe and tracking shows no progress, we will investigate with the courier. Once confirmed lost, you may request a replacement or refund.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays caused by customs or carriers are outside our control and are not eligible for compensation unless the package is confirmed lost.
Because every Geekozi poster is produced on demand, we cannot issue refunds for change of mind. Refunds are also not available if the wrong size, finish, or product was selected during checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or if the parcel is refused by the customer, the order is not eligible for a refund. Please review your details carefully before confirming your order.
Slight differences in color or size may occur due to screen display settings and standard production tolerances. These natural variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility passes to the customer. Refunds cannot be provided for theft, loss, or damage that occurs after delivery.
If a parcel is unclaimed or refused and returns to us, we can reship at customer cost or refund minus any carrier return fees.
Products that have been altered, displayed, used, or damaged through improper handling are not eligible for a refund.
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items submitted after the 7 day window may be rejected. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging.
We reserve the right to deny refunds where claim patterns suggest fraud, abuse of the policy, or misuse of our guarantee.

If only part of a multi-item order is affected, we will replace the specific item(s) at no cost. The unaffected items do not qualify for a refund.
When replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that refund amounts cannot exceed the total paid for the affected item(s).
Store credit is optional at the customer’s request. Otherwise refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If the entire order is refunded, shipping fees will also be refunded. However, import duties, taxes, or customs handling charges paid locally are non-refundable, as these are controlled by your country’s customs authority.
If the order was purchased with a discount code, bundle deal, or promotional offer, the refund will be calculated based on the discounted amount paid. Refunds cannot exceed the actual purchase price.
If the product was marked as a gift at purchase, refunds may only be issued to the original purchaser. In some cases, we may provide store credit to the gift recipient if claim details are verified.
Once a refund request is submitted with all required details, our support team will review it promptly. We aim to provide an initial response within 24 to 48 hours. Most claims are fully investigated and resolved within 5 to 7 business days.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Orders can be canceled or edited only if production has not yet started. If you need to make a change, such as updating your shipping address or adjusting your order, please contact Geekozi support immediately. Once approved, we will confirm the cancellation or edit by email.
Because every Geekozi poster is made to order, cancellations and edits are no longer possible once production is in progress. At this stage, materials have already been allocated and printing has begun, so we cannot modify or stop the order.
If you accidentally place the same order more than once, please notify us right away. If production has not yet started, we will cancel the duplicate and issue a refund. If production has already started, duplicate orders will be treated as valid purchases.
If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to reach out to Geekozi support before opening a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. Most concerns can be resolved faster and more smoothly through our support team.

Under EU and UK consumer protection laws, customers usually have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products. Because every Geekozi poster is produced on demand, our products fall under this exception. Customers in the EU and UK remain covered by our 30 day quality guarantee for issues such as defects, damage, or incorrect items.
Certain countries may have additional consumer rights that apply regardless of this policy. Where local regulations provide stronger protections, those rights will be respected. This may include extended claim windows or mandatory refund rights under specific laws.
This Refund Policy is provided in English as the governing version. Translations may be offered for convenience, but in case of any conflict, the English version will prevail.
